As we all know Microsoft’s Windows 8 operating system was released on 26th october, 2012 and according to recent news Microsoft has already sold more than 4 million upgrades in first few days.
Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer revealed the statistics of Windows 8 in media and said 4 million upgrade copies had been ordered already. He also mentioned Microsoft’s Surface tablet which will be launched in windows 8 mobile variant .
However he did not reveal any specific sales figures for that particular device. I am sure Computer companies will make Windows 8 standard on practically all PCs that are sold to consumers.
